Refund/Return Policies

There is no refund for missing normal and unregistered packages.


To avoid any mishaps, please purchase registration and double check your mailing address.


There are cases of wrong deliveries and with registration you can at least receive a refund from Singpost.


Normal mail is at buyer's own risk.


There is no refund/repair if you receive a broken item in the mail.


If you find the packaging torn apart intentionally (postal theft), hand it straight to the post office as you have received it, don't open it further and file a complaint.
